Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our processing center.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After we inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
